This practical five day training program will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to conduct internal and external food safety audits. The pre-requisites for the course include a demonstrated competence in implementing HACCP. The course will focus on auditing in a food service, manufacturing and retail context.

On successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to register with the RABQSA as a food safety auditor.

Certification – On successful completion of the course, participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.

Internal Auditor

(3 days)

 

This practical three day training program aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to become expert and professional auditors, able to conduct internal audits. This course is the pre-requisite for becoming a certified auditor and to being able to plan and conduct effective audits in any relevant area and meets AQIS and NSW Food Authority internal auditor requirements. The course can be customised to meet the particular internal auditing requirements of your organisation.

Certification – On successful completion of the course, participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment
